We are offering a free gift with each purchase of a SureFeed Microchip Feeder Connect (excluding accessories) (the “Product”) on the Sure Petcare website. With each product purchase, made in accordance with our website requirements, you will receive a free SureFeed Stainless Steel Bowl Set (the “Promotion Gift”). Your Promotion Gift will automatically be added to the basket when you add your Product and will be dispatched with your order.
Terms & Conditions Gift with Purchase
The Sure Petcare Gift with Purchase offer (the “Promotion”) is offered by SureFlap Limited, located at Ground Floor Building 2030 Cambourne Business Park, Great Cambourne, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6DW (“SPC”). The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. By accepting the Promotion, each entrant (“you”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification. The following Promotion is applicable to the United Kingdom only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to UK law. Do not enter this Promotion if you are not legally a resident in this country at time of entry.
- The promotion begins on Monday, November 16, 2020 and ends on Thursday, December 31, 2020 (the “Promotion Period”).
- The offer is a free gift with the purchase of any SureFlap, SureFeed or Animo product from www.surepetcare.com during the offer period. Product accessories are excluded.
- The free gift is variable depending on the product purchased
- A festive mat when any SureFlap or SureFeed product is purchased
- A festive dog bandana when a Sure Petcare Animo is purchased.
- Free gifts will be dispatched with the products purchased from the site
- Free gifts are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, SPC reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Gifts received through the promotion are non-transferable, may not be resold, may not be combined with any other offer and may not be exchanged for a cash alternative.
- SPC will not be held liable for technical or other errors that may prevent the promotion from proceeding as set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
- SPC may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these Terms and Conditions (in SPC’s sole opinion) or who, in SPC’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of SPC.
- SPC has the right to cancel or suspend the Promotion or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
