Competition Terms and Conditions:
- Two winners will receive a prize consisting of a SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap Connect and Sure Petcare Hub. The winners will be selected at random from all entries received by the closing date of midnight on 13th December 2021.
- Cats Protection will accept no responsibility for lost or damaged responses.
- The Prize Draw is organised by Sure Petcare in connection/partnership with Cats Protection, a charity registered in England with registered charity number 203644. Entry is by invitation only and is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- You must be an active Cat Sponsor with Cats Protection to enter.
- Cats Protection reserve the right to withdraw or substitute this prize draw at any time.
- You shall not be required to make any additional donations to Cats Protection to be eligible for any of the prizes in this competition.
- Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes; which will only be delivered to the UK mainland.
- Anonymised details of the winners will be sent on request to anyone who supplies a stamped self-addressed envelope.
- Cats Protection is responsible for running and distributing this prize draw and our registered office is at: Cats Protection, National Cat Centre, Lewes Road, Chelwood Gate, Haywards Heath RH17 7TT.
- The winner must claim their prize and provide satisfactory evidence of their identity and residential address (e.g. a copy of a utility bill) if requested within two months of the winner’s notification being sent or the prize will be forfeited, and Cats Protection shall reserve the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry. Sure Petcare reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of an equal value in the event that it is unable to provide the prize as originally advertised. However, the winner shall not be able to claim any alternative prize (including any cash prize alternative).
- Cats Protection reserves the right to use the name(s) of the winner(s) in an abbreviated form in its future marketing material. The winner, if requested, will provide a quote suitable for publication and consents to the winner’s name, quote and winning results being published in such future promotions. Sure Petcare and Cats Protection reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached these rules.
- It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
