"This is my second purchase of a SureFlap and I should state that the customer service provided to me both online and by telephone since my first purchase has been excellent. I have worked in the service industry for around 20 years and there are many companies that could learn a lot from the service SureFlap provides. The staff I have encountered thus far are, in my opinion, a credit to the company."
