The Sure Petcare Gift with Purchase offer (the “Promotion”) is offered by SureFlap Limited, located at Ground Floor Building 2030 Cambourne Business Park, Great Cambourne, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6DW  (“SPC”). The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. By accepting the Promotion, each entrant (“you”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.  The following Promotion is applicable to the United Kingdom only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to UK law.  Do not enter this Promotion if you are not legally a resident in this country at time of entry.

• The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over on the date the promotion begins (as stated below). • These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England, Wales and Scotland and any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts of England, Wales and Scotland.
• If your order is returned, the Promotional Gift must also be returned in order to qualify for a refund depending on a return conditions.
