Cambridge Cat Lovers Cocktail party raises £540 for International Cat Care

More than 30 cat lovers joined a special cat themed cocktail party held at Cambridge Cat Clinic, on Thursday 21 June at the Cambridge Cat Clinic in Fulbourn.

Held at the Cambridge Cat Clinic, a Gold Standard Cat Friendly Clinic, the gin-themed cocktail evening raised nearly £540.00 for International Cat Care to celebrate their 60th anniversary of supporting feline health globally.

The party featured cat-themed cocktails with gin generously donated by local company Pinkster, as well as a behind-the-scenes tour of the Cat Friendly Clinic's specialist feline facilities.  Guests also took part in a feline quiz, raffle prizes and an opportunity to learn about future innovations for cat owners.

Shelley Gregory-Jones, Development Director of International Cat Care said: “The sun was certainly shining for our party and we were delighted to welcome so many people who had travelled from different places in East Anglia. A big thank you to all who came and supported us”

“It was a great way to celebrate our 60th anniversary year supporting proactive feline health and wellbeing, with fun and games.  We also shared our International Declaration of Responsibilities to Cats, which shares a clear framework to help everyone work together to protect cats all over the world.”

Judith Bank, Head of Marketing at Sure Petcare said: “The Cambridge Cat Clinic is the perfect example of a Gold Standard Cat Clinic, dedicated to the wellbeing of cats.  Cats are at the heart of our business and their wellbeing is at the centre of every new product that we develop.  We are delighted to support this fantastic charity and clinic.”
