Sure Petcare Shares Latest Pet Technology at Expo in Wellington

Sure Petcare, the leading pet technology specialist, today announced it will be sharing the latest in pet technology, the SUREFEED® Microchip Pet Feeder Connect and ANIMO® dog behaviour and activity monitor, at the Pet & Animal Expo held at the Te Rauparaha Arena on 14th and 15th November 2020. Visitors to the stand will have the chance to win prizes, including a SURE PETCARE™ product of their choice.
The Sure Petcare team at Stand 38 will hold demonstrations of the full SUREFLAP® and SUREFEED product range, including the popular SUREFLAP Microchip Cat Flap and SUREFEED Microchip Pet Feeder as well as the latest connected versions, including the Microchip Pet Feeder Connect. Designed for cats and small dogs, the Microchip Pet Feeder Connect has integrated weighing scales to accurately portion a pet’s food, ideal for weight management diets and portion control. When used with the SURE PETCARE app, the SUREFEED products allow owners to view how much, how often and when their pet eats and is ideal for pets on specialist diets or medication that require monitoring. Pet owners are presented with detailed insights of their pet’s feeding behaviours, highlighting changes that may have gone unnoticed.
Visitors will get the chance to see ANIMO, the dog behaviour and activity monitor, that delivers insights into a dog’s activity and sleep, as well as problem behaviours, such as shaking, scratching and barking. These insights help owners understand the changing needs of their pet over its lifetime, enabling them to provide proactive and personalised pet care. Worn on the dog’s collar, ANIMO is lightweight, waterproof and suitable for dogs of all sizes beyond four months of age. When used with the SURE PETCARE ANIMO app, owners can set and monitor daily activity goals for their pet, as well as view their pet’s activity and behaviour reports by day, week, month or year.
